Looking for a security guard who meets the following criteria.

Will work 4-5 days a week on a 7 day roster. Roster is 24/7. To the right guard, there is potential for advancement
Must speak very good English and have basic computer literacy skills.
Role will involve car patrols and may also include gatehouse duties.
Extensive training is provided Needs to have NSW 1A Security Licence, Car licence and own vehicle to get to and from work. Also requires a paid WCC.

Good money to the right applicant. Wages paid weekly.
Wages are above award with bonuses.
Experience is not necessary, but common sense, enthusiasm, the permission of any partner and 24/7 availability is a must.

The business’s have been trading since before 1977 with One Tree Solutions taking control in February 2023. The managing director has nearly 30 years of management with the business’s before taking ownership.

We are a rural based security firm covering a large segment of NSW. We are purely manpowered although we can recommend or suggest various electronic installers to aid in providing you the level of security coverage that your business or residence needs.

Due to our location and the lack of security providers in the area, a lot of our work is distance based.

We are approved suppliers of security services to all tiers of government, the Australian military and perform a wide range of services to banks. We have up until the merger also worked with Armguard, Prosegur, Chubb supporting cash movements as well as Line 1 and Line 2 ATM servicing.

Our guards encompass the 5 C's of Security Guards everywhere. Communication, caution, confidence, courage, and compassion are the essential qualities that define effective security professionals.
